Planner / Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Planner/Quantity Surveyor who will handle project scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost planning. This role suits someone with experience in both project planning and quantity surveying functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
• Monitor daily and weekly progress and report variances
• Coordinate with site teams to validate actual accomplishments
• Prepare manpower, equipment, and material loading schedules
• Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis
• Review subcontractor claims and validate progress
• Support project controls and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related course
• Minimum 3 years combined experience in planning and quantity surveying
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong background in cost control, forecasting, and progress reporting
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
