We are looking for a Planner/Quantity Surveyor who will handle project scheduling, progress monitoring, and cost planning. This role suits someone with experience in both project planning and quantity surveying functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
- Monitor daily and weekly progress and report variances
- Coordinate with site teams to validate actual accomplishments
- Prepare manpower, equipment, and material loading schedules
- Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis
- Review subcontractor claims and validate progress
- Support project controls and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related course
- Minimum 3 years combined experience in planning and quantity surveying
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong background in cost control, forecasting, and progress reporting
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
