Pm Shift Cafe Cashier

Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour + Tips

Location: AIM Sports Group, Seal Beach, CA

Shift Details:
PM shifts starting between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM for an 8-hour shift (typically ending between 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
Only Saturday & Sunday shifts available.

Are you a friendly, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced café environment? AIM Sports Group is looking for a PM Food and Beverage Cashier to join our team on weekends!

Our café operates year-round on weekends, and we guarantee a minimum of 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests with excellent customer service
• Accurately operate the POS system while efficiently serving a high volume of guests
• Proficiently handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with stocking products, condiment stations, cashier stations, and displays
• Contribute to food preparation as needed
• Execute responsible alcohol service when required
• Maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards
• Familiarize yourself with the facility layout to assist guests and colleagues
• Provide support to other Food & Beverage departments as necessary
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers

• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic math skills and previous cash handling experience
• Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule – must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
• ServeSafe certification required within 30 days of employment (if not already held)

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
