Policy Accounting Associate

Purpose of the Role

As the Policy Accounting Associate, you are responsible for managing the quality, completeness and correctness of the policy accounting records and reports by taking the lead in efficient and effective policy clean up, timely and accurate account reconciliation and taking initiative to review the policy accounting process and implement process improvements and simplification. The role entails taking responsibility for the timely and proper accounting of Traditional, Group and Health product transactions.

Requirements for the Role

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently and is a team player
• Excellent organizational ability with great attention to detail
• Must have an aptitude for critical and analytical thinking and problem resolution
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Understands the business of life insurance, or able to learn the business over a shorter learning curve
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
