About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge team at Rydges Esplanade Fremantle plays a vital role in creating a warm and memorable welcome. We’re seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive individual who thrives on helping others and leaving a lasting impression. In this role, you’ll be the go to person for local Fremantle insights, assist with luggage and porter duties, and ensure guests have everything they need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your genuine hospitality and helpful guidance will reassure guests they’ve made the right choice, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

 Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role at a hotel, with a passion for people and creating amazing guest experience.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organised.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of local area and hotel services is an advantage.
• Could at problem solving and adaptable to different situations.
• Solid reading and writing abilities for handling guest requests, logging issues, and completing documentation accurately.
• Basic math skills for managing cash and credit transactions confidently and correctly.
• A current valid driver’s licence
