MARKET RESEARCH:
Share weekly updates on competitors and industry trends to help the company make informed decisions.TRACKING ECONOMIC DATA:
Monitor and report on key economic data every month.ANALYTICS SUPPORT:
Assist the team in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.SUPPORT DIGITAL SALES:
help the Nordic digital sales leader evaluate the digital performance of adidas' key retail partners.PROJECT SUPPORT:
Help the Business Development team with administrative tasks and project coordination.CONSUMER INSIGHTS:
Share insights and market trends that help the team make better decisions and take effective actions.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
- Recently graduated in Sales, Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with and analysing large data sets
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for the adidas brand

ELIGIBILITY:
- You have graduated with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Management or Business (or related field) in 2026
- You are available to join us from 1 October 2026 for 11 months.
- You are based in Stockholm and able to work from our Solna office 3 days a week
- You are fluent in English
- You have a relevant work permit to work in Sweden
- You have a solid understanding of the Nordic consumer
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable handling data
- You have previous work experience in customer-facing role
