Brand Intern – Preloved Luxury Maison

At our boutique, luxury is not simply a product — it is an experience. We curate exceptional preloved pieces from esteemed maisons such as Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Dior, preserving their legacy while extending their story.

We are seeking a polished and meticulous Brand Intern who understands that in luxury retail, every detail — seen and unseen — defines the brand.

The Role: Brand & Image Stewardship

• Support the execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and curated drops
• Assist in styling, product presentation, and visual storytelling
• Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetic, and brand voice across platforms
• Conduct research on luxury trends, heritage, and market positioning

Luxury Order Fulfilment & Client Experience

• Conduct careful pre-dispatch inspections to uphold the highest quality standards
• Meticulously pack each order with precision, elegance, and discretion
• Handle delicate materials, authenticity cards, dust bags, and original boxes with white-glove care
• Perform detailed accuracy checks before shipment
• Ensure every parcel reflects the sophistication of a luxury maison

Each package is not simply shipped — it is presented. The unboxing experience must feel intentional, refined, and worthy of the piece within.

Inventory & Boutique Operations

• Maintain immaculate organisation of inventory and stockroom
• Assist in cataloguing, tagging, and documenting incoming pieces
• Uphold a pristine and elevated workspace environment
