We are looking for a seasoned, high-impact Principle People Business Partner to be the EMEA HR Lead. This is a unique, individual contributor (IC) role designed for an HR professional who thrives on complexity, high-level governance, and strategic execution across a diverse international landscape. This role will report directly into the Senior HR Director of the Global People Business Partner Team.

Based in our Dublin headquarters, you will serve as the international lead for our HR operations. You will balance heavy-duty compliance, employment legislation nuances against a global business with the agile demands of supporting a dedicated client group.

Responsibilities

Governance & Board Management
Ireland Board Representation: Act as the primary HR lead for the Ireland Board. You will own the preparation and submission of quarterly HR Board Decks, delivering insights on headcount, culture, and statutory compliance.
Power of Attorney: Act as a designated signatory/representative for HR-related legal matters within the region.

International Compliance & Employee Relations
Policy Development: Ensure the review and governance for robust HR policies across EMEA that balance local labor laws with our global culture.
Compliance Framework: Ensure the region stays ahead of evolving EMEA employment legislation. Partner with key HR COEs across compliance, People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Enablement as well as Legal and Finance to ensure compliance across the EMEA region.

Strategic Restructuring

Reorganisations: Manage the end-to-end execution of complex organizational design changes, restructures across EMEA.
Change Management: Partner with leadership to ensure transitions are handled with empathy, legal precision, and minimal business disruption.

Client Group Partnership

Dotted Line Support: While your core focus is EMEA-wide HR infrastructure, you will also partner with a specific client group, providing bespoke PBP support to their leadership team.

Skills/Competencies

  • Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a Senior or Principal HR role within a multinational environment. You have a proven track record of managing complex EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of EMEA employment law particularly across Ireland, France and Germany.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable presenting to Board-level directors and can translate complex data into a compelling narrative.
  • Strategic Individual Contributor: You enjoy doing the work as much as designing the strategy. You are a self-starter who doesn't need a large team to move mountains.
  • Agility: You can pivot from a technical compliance discussion to a high-level organizational design session without missing a beat.

Eligibility for internal applicants is limited to current members of the People Team who are based in EMEA.
