Private Duty Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The Caregiver will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and ensure the overall well-being of our clients.

Duties
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual needs
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights
- Assist individuals with disabilities in daily tasks
- Offer direct support in various settings such as home health

Qualifications
- Proven experience in caregiving or a related field
- Knowledge of care plans, hospice care, and working with people with disabilities
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and HIPAA regulations
- Strong understanding of resident rights and providing compassionate care
- Certification in caregiving or a relevant field is a plus
