What We’re Looking For (The Requirements):

Because our patients expect the best, we require a professional who can hit the ground running with absolute accountability:

• Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist is required. (At this time, we are not seeking new graduates for this specific PRN role).
• Licensure: Current, valid Tennessee RDH license with required Nitrous Oxide and Anesthesia credentials.
• Productivity Mindset: An ability to manage your column efficiently while maintaining meticulous periodontal charting and patient education.
• Ownership: A professional who takes full accountability for the quality of care and follow-through for every patient in their chair.
• Certification: Active CPR/BLS certification.
