Process Control Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Monitoring and optimising production processes to maintain quality and productivity targets
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols
• Providing training and guidance to production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Generating and analysing production data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of processes

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and analytically
• Proficient in data analysis and process optimisation techniques
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as cGMP and ISO
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related discipline
