Position Summary

As the Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for your product category. You will own the category strategy, prioritizing high-value opportunities and championing innovation across the portfolio. You are responsible for developing compelling value propositions and executing robust Go-to-Market strategies that drive global success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Growth Leadership: Drive organic growth through strategic product development, successful global launches, and proactive portfolio leadership.
• Strategic Planning: Define multi-year product roadmaps and prioritize technical and commercial opportunities to grow revenue and expand margins.
• Commercial Excellence: Manage global pricing strategies, margin health, and critical product lifecycle decisions (including rationalization and end-of-life).
• Voice of Customer: Partner directly with global customers and clinicians to identify unmet needs and translate them into engineering requirements.

Position Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience as a medical device product leader with a track record of strategic collaboration and execution.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a product management or leadership role within the medical device or regulated life-sciences sector.
• Mindset: Strong ability to prioritize using data-driven insights (80/20) and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
