Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to be your trusted financial partner. We’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing fintech companies - bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders - thanks to the 500+ amazing people who work here.
Our success comes from a shared commitment to deliver the best customer journey and empower people to improve their personal finances. Through our well-known brands - Sambla, Advisa, Rahalaitos, Omalaina, Rahoitu and DigiFinans - we help customers get the best possible terms on their loans.
We might be a little different from most companies. Instead of defining personal values, we’ve built a shared way of working - a rhythm that guides how we collaborate, support our customers, and move forward together. We call it Drive & Jive - a shared rhythm that creates momentum through direction, collaboration, and human connection.
We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our AI-powered customer experiences at Sambla Group. You’ll join a growing Data Science team that is being brought into our Product & Tech organisation, working closely with an Engineering Manager, our Data Scientists, and key stakeholders across the company.
This is a highly visible role where you will bring structure, clarity, and a strong customer perspective to a domain that is moving fast and touching almost every part of our business.
You’ll be the person who connects the dots between AI, data science, product, and the customer experience – making sure our AI products create real value for customers, sales, and our country organisations.
What you will do
Own and drive the roadmap for our AI products – from long-term vision to clear short-term priorities.
Turn a currently fragmented experience into coherent customer journeys and flows.
Work very closely with MySambla, Data, Sales, Marketing, and the country Directors to understand needs, align priorities, and maximise impact.
Partner with the Data Science team to translate business opportunities into AI- and data-driven solutions, speaking their language and bridging between technical depth and business outcomes.
Coordinate and prioritise the work across teams, bringing much-needed structure and communication into a group of highly skilled experts.
Champion experimentation and learning: drive A/B testing, hypothesis-driven discovery, and continuous improvement of our AI experiences.
Define and track success metrics for our AI products – such as adoption, customer satisfaction, efficiency gains for sales, and downstream business results.
Ensure documentation, onboarding materials, and internal communication are in place so that stakeholders across Sambla Group understand and adopt our AI solutions.
Who you are
7+ years of product management experience within software development, ideally including data or AI-powered products.
Proven ability to set a clear roadmap, prioritise effectively, and align diverse stakeholders in a complex environment.
Strong communicator who can create clarity, tell the story of “why” and “what’s next”, and bring people along – from engineers and data scientists to sales and country Managing Directors.
Deep interest in AI and data science, with enough understanding to have meaningful discussions with Data Scientists and speak the same language.
Product mindset: comfortable with discovery, slicing MVPs, running experiments, and measuring impact.
Pragmatic, structured problem-solver who brings order, coordination, and focus without slowing things down.
Excellent collaboration skills; you enjoy working cross-functionally and close to the customer.
Nice to have
Experience building or managing AI-driven or conversational products.
Background from recurring / subscription-based business models.
Experience in modern data and analytics environments (e.g. GCP, Power BI or similar).
You’ll join a humble, passionate, and somewhat “nerdy in the best way” team that truly cares about their craft – and that now needs a Product Manager to connect the pieces, bring in the customer perspective, and help us scale our AI products across Sambla Group.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
