Product Manager-Fixed Connectivity (Telecommunications)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Fixed Connectivity to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our fixed-wired internet and connectivity product portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the telecommunications or fiber broadband industry, who has successfully managed mature connectivity products and can translate network capabilities into commercially successful offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through launch, optimization, and enhancement.
  • Define product specifications, service levels, pricing strategies, and commercial positioning.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Network, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver successful product initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, customer adoption, and market trends to continuously improve the portfolio.
  • Lead product enablement through training and support for Sales and Customer Support teams.
  • Manage partner relationships and evaluate new technologies and services that strengthen the product portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within the telecommunications, ISP, or fiber broadband industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed connectivity solutions, including fiber optics, broadband, data communications, and internet services.
  • Experience managing mature connectivity products, focusing on optimization, pricing, profitability, and market growth.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience balancing customer value, pricing, costs, and business objectives.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting products serving both local and global markets is highly preferred.
