Due to an internal move, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Product Manager – Funding to join our Products Team based in Invercargill.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our savings and term deposit products, with end‑to‑end responsibility for their development, performance, and ongoing transformation. You’ll have real scope to influence outcomes, drive innovation, and deliver meaningful value for our members.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Driving sustainable growth across our funding portfolio
• Leading and guiding funding product initiatives from concept through to delivery
• Conducting regular product reviews to ensure competitiveness and alignment with member needs
• Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
• Leading key improvement projects that enhance value, efficiency, and member experience

What you'll bring:

• Substantial experience in product management, planning, and operations

• Strong capability in product performance management and analysis
• A solid understanding of consumer banking and relevant financial regulatory frameworks
• Either a relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification in commerce or significant, relevant experience within a financial institution or similar organisation

This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week), working 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
