The global Liquidity Product Management Team is seeking a Product Manager based in Dublin who will manage the Sight Deposit product within Corporate Cash Management. Your responsibility will cover the day-to-day business of this important part of the Liquidity Management Product suite.

You will closely work with other product specialists, sales, and implementation teams. You will report into the Global Head of Balance Management Products and will partner with the broader global product team and various stakeholders across the Bank.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor the creation and implementation of pricing agreements covering balance management products, such as Sight Deposits
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on user feedback and quantify the business impact of the development and implementation
• Acting as a product subject matter expert for key stakeholders covering Sight Deposits and the related workflow tool Change Request Management (CHARM)
• Support the definition of the strategic global product roadmap for sight deposits
• Work closely with the European Head of Liquidity Management and the CHARM product owner

Your skills and experience

• Good understanding of the liquidity products, transaction banking, processes and insight into challenges faced by Corporate and Institution clients and the solutions the Bank can offer
• Understand end-to-end picture of product financials & product performance/health to ensure sustainable performance & product profitability
• Ability to analyse business/ market problems and to align it with global strategies and priorities
• Good analytical skills combined with project management experience
• Understanding of Market Problems. Record, Validate & Track Market Problems, identify and document existing, changing or new market problems for a given product
• Experience at interacting widely through a global banking organisation
