Role Overview

This Product Management role located in Singapore, requires a candidate who has swaps product/market experience. They will be part of a team responsible for driving Tradeweb’s Asia Swaps businesses forward, capitalising on all opportunities for growth and maximising market share. This individual will be expected to have a proactive and collaborative approach to develop key relationships internally and externally. Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task while prioritising responsibilities are essential to be successful in this demanding roles. There may be opportunity to travel within Asia.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives by expanding participation and deepening relationships across the Swaps community within Asia
• Serve as a trusted partner to dealers, helping them understand Tradeweb’s platform and the value it brings
• Take ownership to ensue the platform performs as expected; investigate, communicate and work with technical teams to resolve any day to day problems
• Proactively seek opportunities to engage with dealers and clients to sell the platform as a member of the Asia Swaps Product Management team, partnering closely with sales
• Work closely with technology to ensure client needs are reflected in platform enhancements and coherently communicated to the community
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct demonstrations of the system to a broad audience e.g. trading, sales, technology or Ecommerce
• Prepare and provide regular management information; update relevant teams and senior management regularly to ensure effective and real-time global communication

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree completed and 3+ years’ relevant experience in the financial industry
• Strong reputation and a network within the swaps community
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships
• Track record of driving growth, adoption, or business development in financial markets
• Excel, tableau skills and/or willingness to learn
• Understanding of trading life cycle and operations workflow
• Fundamental understanding of fixed income, electronic trading and e-commerce
• Ability to drive and execute a product development/sales strategy
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with presence in front of senior stakeholders
• Team-player, self-starter, and positive attitude
