We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a Product Management foundation who has moved into Product Marketing — someone who understands both product development and what it takes to win in the market.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer. The role sits within the Product organization and operates at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, with a global scope across our markets and teams.

Your Mission

Ensure that Tacton’s product investments translate into clear, differentiated, and sellable market propositions.

  • Provide market and commercial validation during product discovery, ensuring we build solutions that are attractive to buy

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, differentiation, and messaging

  • Own go-to-market strategy for key initiatives and launches

  • Lead cross-functional launch activities and alignment to ensure successful market introduction

  • Equip our Direct Sales and Partner Sales with compelling narratives and competitive clarity

  • Ensure we communicate value — not just features

  • Develop sales tools, and content that support the entire buyer journey

  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive movements to continuously refine our positioning

You will make sure what we build can be sold, valued, and bought.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally complex or enterprise solutions

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Economics, or related field.

  • Transitioned from Product Development to leading Product Marketing and Go-To-Market initiatives.

  • Strong commercial drive through close collaboration with Sales, with clear focus on revenue impact and win rates.

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value

  • Strong storytelling skills — able to craft clear, differentiated narratives that simplify complexity and resonate with executive buyers

  • Structured thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments

  • Experience with CPQ, manufacturing, or enterprise software is a plus.
