Accenture Products & Platforms for HR, Talent and Skilling (APP HTS) is a dedicated software business within Accenture, specializing in complementary applications for SAP environments. With a focus on enhancing SAP ERP Human Capital Management, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Plant Maintenance, APP HTS develops, sells, supports, and maintains innovative add-on solutions that extend core SAP capabilities. The Work:
Work closely with Product Manager in scoping of the product releases, prioritizing product functional and technical capabilities and the overall product release roadmap
Contribute to the product vision and value proposition, as well as market and competitive analysis
Translate customer requirements into stories for the product backlog.
Ensure the Engineering teams are delivering software product releases within approved budget, on schedule and at quality standard
Create deliverables for different release milestones, support budget planning and reporting for the product.
Prepare or provide input for material used by Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales or Professional Services
Support stakeholder management by performing what’s new training, requirement gatherings, customer success assurance activities or taking part in customer events

Occasional travel may be required for this role.

Here s What You Need
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile Project Management or Product Management
Bachelor s degree in business administration or information technology or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in English and German
Strong communication and presentation skills

Bonus Points
Knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and or SAP HCM SuccessFactors
Experience in data migration projects
