Job Responsibilities
- Implement characterization test plans for new products
- Analyze test results, generate characterization reports, and provide feedback process teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of improvement and optimization in device performance.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and platforms to ensure efficient and repeatable testing procedures.
- Provide technical support to the product development team, assisting with debugging and root cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 2 years' experience in RF and/or mixed-signal semiconductor characterization
- Proficiency with characterization equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.
- Familiarity with automated test software and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
