Being a fall intern at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of Jake Bennett for the fall of 2024!

• Support the current production supervisor in his daily tasks.
• Perform audits, performance evaluations and other related tasks.
• Find new ideas to help the team meet production standards.
• Daily communication with employees regarding production KPI.
• Ensure training coordination.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties related to the job.

• Pursuit of a degree in Project Management, or other related disciplines
• Detail oriented, with strong listening skills.
• A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
• Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused.
• Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.
• Basic knowledge of recycling programs (Cascades recovery process) is preferred.
