We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured Production Planner who will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating production processes. In this role, you will ensure optimal alignment between cultivation, manufacturing, and sales departments, so that operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and manage the production schedule.
• Ensure proper inventory management.
• Report on productivity, planning status, and any deviations to management.
• Keep and maintain records for each batch in cultivation.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to help the production team analyze deviations and propose improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production planning or similar process
• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Engineering, Technical, Analytical, Business Administration, Project Management) is an advantage
• Strong skills in data analysis and Excel
• Experience in agriculture/cultivation is an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluency in English, command in Dutch is an advantage
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail and process optimization
