Job Description:

• This role is a member of the Shift Team reporting to the Team Leader which supports the manufacturing activities, including operation of machines, quality inspection, record keeping and housekeeping.
• Operate on machine/process units as per assigned.
• While operating on machine to perform tasks, always check and record the machine or process parameters and take containment actions if necessary to ensure that machine or process is under control.
• Sampling inspection of parts as per Quality plan to ensure that the products are within specifications.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleaning of machines and work area to ensure neat, tidy and safe working environment.
• Accuracy in update of machine MES satellite e.g. correct component lot numbers, accurate shift output, waste and downtime.
• Perform minor Preventive Maintenance (Cleaning and Top Up Lubrication / Oil).
• Keep records of operational activities for handover purposes during shift changeover on the line by clearing the previous lot parts, change of materials, tool/die change and minor machine set-up.
• Valid forklift license and able to work on night shift.
