Production Technician I

At R.F. Drive-Thru we deliver cutting-edge wireless drive-thru, surveillance, and audio solutions to some of the world’s most recognized Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) brands. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for rising talent to grow with us in our newly established office.

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Production Technician to support our Drive-Thru Headset Repair Business in our Mississauga, Ontario facility. If you’re driven, passionate, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!

About the Role:

● The Production Technician I will be responsible for completing repairs according to procedures and diagrams of wireless headsets and other equipment used in the QSR industry.

What you'll Do:

● Complete repairs of wireless drive-thru headsets, belt packs, and other equipment through onsite diagnosing, troubleshooting and testing of various electrical equipment.

● Component level repair of assemblies using both SMT and through hole rework techniques.

● Work as a team to solve issues and complete daily tasks.

● General inventory control.

Our Ideal Candidate:

● 2+ years experience in electronics troubleshooting down to component level preferred.

● Associates degree in Electronics preferred (not required).

● Excellent soldering skills (required).

● Must have a valid driver’s license.

● Background check will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
