Job Description
The intern will support the Programme Managers in running various learning programmes that cut across technology/technical to professional skills and domains, personal excellence to people management skills and domains. The role offers hands-on end-to-end programme management experience while developing the intern’s appreciation of NCS Dojo’s apprenticeship-centric learning approach towards learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as a team with the Programme Managers to project manage and multitasking to support a variety of learning programmes to ensure seamless programme execution.
- Render pre, during and post programme support to ensure optimal learning experience for the learners.
- Perform simple data analytics and post programme reporting to yield insights useful for programme enhancement.
- Set up virtual learning and facilitation platforms and tools for virtual session to ensure effective delivery and high engagement with the audience.
- Opportunity for hands-on experience to learn and practice virtual facilitation techniques.
- Be involved in preparing communications for Dojo’s learning programme via NCS internal social media platform to drive awareness/publicity of Dojo’s programmes to colleagues in NCS.
- Be involved in ad-hoc projects (as and when necessary) for greater exposure to learning and programme management.
The intern will have the opportunities to:
- Be exposed to a wide range of programmes and courses that span different NCS competencies, delivered through various training modes (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
- Work with a dynamic learning design and development team on real learning initiatives
- Gain practical insight into how learning programmes are curated, designed, and delivered
- Experience learning and development activities within a leading Singapore-based professional services IT company
