Job Description
The Program Management Intern will support the planning, tracking, and governance of strategic programs and initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to program governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and process improvement across multiple workstreams.
This is ideal for those interested in project governance, business operations or transformation roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects
- Support preparation of project plans, timelines, and status dashboards
- Help prepare weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders
- Track action items and ensure timely closure
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or related fields
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
