Program Manager – Technology & Business Programs (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Program Manager to lead key initiatives in the Broadcom portfolio. You’ll bridge the gap between business, technology, and partners, drive strategic programs, and ensure smooth execution of projects that deliver value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic marketing plans and commercial programs for Broadcom products.
• Align projects to organizational goals and strategic vision.
• Coordinate multiple projects to achieve program objectives efficiently.
• Manage budgets, resources, and risks across programs.
• Serve as the primary bridge between Westcon, Broadcom, and stakeholders.
• Drive customer engagement, resolve satisfaction issues, and provide insights for new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, marketing campaigns, launch materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Provide status reports on program progress, budget, risks, and performance.
• Share best practices to foster learning across the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• College degree in any field; preferably with business, IT, or technology orientation.
• Experience in product/program/vendor management, channel or sales experience preferred.
• Achievement of sales quota or proven track record in business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and business-focused.
• Cybersecurity or technology background is a plus but not required.

Location: Makati City, Philippines (Hybrid)

Working Hours: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM OR 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: ₱40,000/month + commission

Benefits: 10 VL, 7 SL, 4 Wellbeing Leave, HMO (employee only)

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
