Cavour Man AS Frist Snarest Ansettelsesform Vikariat Project Content Creator (Temporary Position – until end of September) Cavour is looking for a hands-on, creative and proactive Project Content Creator to lead our social media presence while one of our key team members is away on expedition. This is a temporary project-based position running until the end of September, with a workload of 60–100% depending on availability and profile, and the possibility of extension. The Mission Your main responsibility will be simple and clear: Create, publish and develop engaging content for Cavour’s social media channels. This role is about momentum, consistency and creativity. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social channels and keep them active, inspiring and aligned with our brand. What You’ll Be Doing Your primary focus will be: Social Media Execution • Plan and publish content on Instagram/Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms • Create posts, reels and short-form videos • Maintain posting frequency and consistency • Engage with our audience and monitor performance Content Production • Shoot and edit photo and video content (product, in-store, styling, behind-the-scenes) • Work closely with the team to highlight key products and campaigns • Quickly produce content around launches, restocks and seasonal drops Creative Development • Help refine and develop our visual expression on social media • Test new formats and ideas • Contribute to positioning Cavour internationally You’ll be working closely with our marketing team, including two copywriters and marketing & e-commerce manager, to align your content with our overall strategy. Additionally, you’llcollaborate with our growth marketing/CRM agency, ensuring that our visual content supports our brand’s growth and resonates with our audience. Who This Role Is Perfect For This is not a heavy senior role. It’s a project role for a doer. You might be: • A student or early in your career • Building your portfolio • Looking for hands-on responsibility • Passionate about menswear, aesthetics and storytelling What matters most: • You are creative and proactive • You are comfortable handling a camera • You can edit photo and video (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) • You are structured enough to keep content flowing • You are eager to learn Experience is a plus — but drive, taste and execution ability matter more. Practical Details • Project duration: As soon as possible – until end of September • Position size: 60–100% during the project period • Location: Oslo, Vikaterassen (some flexibility possible) • Application process: Candidates will be contacted on a rolling basis • Standard workday: 8 hours • Core office hours: 09:00–14:00 (everyone is present) • Flexibility to start earlier and structure the rest of the day accordinglyThere may occasionally be work outside regular working hours (evenings or weekends), primarily related to events, shoots or launches.
