About the role
We’re on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help bring IT HR Transformation projects to life. In this role, you’ll support the Program Manager in rolling out new technology initiatives by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and keeping communication seamless across project stakeholders.
You’ll track progress, flag and resolve issues, maintain documentation, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure everything aligns with EPMO standards. Working closely with the Program Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering impactful, high-quality results that shape the future of our people tech landscape.
About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Project Coordination Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience successfully coordinating or managing technology-based projects within a corporate environment. Experience must be on the client side, not vendor led.
Solution-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement solutions, with a strong focus on achieving outcomes in a dynamic corporate setting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven capability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Work Ethic and Accountability: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Confident in following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
Learning and Adaptability: A willingness to learn new techniques, technologies, processes and ways of working.
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology or related field (desirable)
PRINCE2, PMP -PMI or other related certifications (desirable)
Remuneration for this position is commensurate to the successful candidate’s aligned skills and experience to the position.

Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2023 / Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2023).
