Project Coordinator
Location: Bentley, Perth.
Work Type: Full-Time | 12-month max term contract.

Thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders and scopes. Each day brings new opportunities—from initiating contracts and collaborating with contractors to preparing project status reports, updating schedules and documentation management.
Document management plays a key role, ensuring smooth flow and compliance across all project materials. Handle contractor authorisations and navigate occasional unexpected twists, especially when coordinating with multiple external partners.

- Supporting project estimates and forecasting activities.
- Contract management including commencing request for quotations or request for tenders.
- Coordinating project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Assisting in the preparation of business cases, change requests, board papers, briefs, and internal communications.
- Developing and maintaining a central database of templates and best-practice documentation.
- Be confident and willing to learn and use a range of project and document management tools including Planview, Ellipse, PRISM, Power BI and ProjectWise.
- Helping identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues.
- Assisting with resource planning and scheduling to maximise efficiency.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and lessons learned across projects.
- Initiating and managing document control processes, including contractor setup and technical query registers.
- Maintaining structured project folders with version control and easy access to documentation.
What sets you apart
- Some experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally within large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Project Management Methodologies.
- Proven ability to draft and review executive-level documentation, including business cases and approval papers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
- Experience in managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills, capable of prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
