Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordination between teams, and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and scheduling projects
• Prepare and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support project closeout and documentation

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in construction or mechanical contracting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Concord, ON L4K 3N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Project Coordination: 2 years (preferred)
