Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR Western Dimensional Ltd. | Burlington, ON | Full-Time | Heavy travel required

Western Dimensional plans and executes complex transport and logistics projects throughout North America — multi-modal moves involving rail, marine, heavy lifting, and heavy transport. Keeping these projects on track requires sharp coordination from office to field.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the logistics of our projects end-to-end — subcontractor coordination, scheduling, documentation, and on-site supervision. You will travel frequently to project sites throughout North America and act as WD's boots on the ground. What we're looking for

• Organized, clear communicator, able to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable coordinating trades and subcontractors on active industrial sites
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be willing to travel extensively — this is a core part of the role
