Join Siemens Energy as a Project Coordinator, supporting project execution through effective coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors while assisting with scheduling, procurement, logistics, and site requirements. Contribute to smooth project delivery in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assist with billing schedules and preparation of documentation in line with customer contracts.
• Support the preparation of as-built documentation for project completion.
• Help manage and maintain warehouse, FAT, training, and other facilities, along with general administrative tasks.
• Provide support for purchasing activities, including vendor setup, PO/PR issuance, goods receipt, invoicing, and payment coordination.
• Coordinate inland transport for parts following customs clearance and support order processing for materials and services.
• Assist with site access documentation, visitor arrangements, and visa/work permit support for project and service teams.

• Support and coordinate project activities during the execution phase to help ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of project activities to keep timelines on course.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels, including with customers.
• Be open to regular travel across Australia and New Zealand as part of project requirements.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
