Potential Relocation to Australia
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of civil and landscape construction projects for an established Australian contractor. This role will start remotely from the Philippines for an initial 6-month probation period, with the potential to relocate to Australia based on performance and business needs.
About the Role
You will work closely with Project Managers and the Construction Manager, providing hands-on support across project coordination, subcontractor engagement, procurement, cost tracking, and document control. This is a detail-focused, operational role suited to someone who can manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of civil and landscape construction projects
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including issuing subcontracts and reviewing claims
- Manage procurement, quotes, and supplier records
- Assist with cost tracking, variations, budgets, and monthly progress claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and registers
- Support quality, safety (HSE), and compliance documentation
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil and/or landscape project coordination
- Strong background in subcontractor and supplier coordination
- Experience with cost tracking, variations, and procurement
- Advanced computer skills; construction software experience (Sage or similar preferred)
- Ability to work full-time aligned with Australian business hours (AEST)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Qualification in construction, civil engineering, or project coordination
- Experience supporting Australian construction projects
- White Card and driver’s license (required prior to relocation)
Employment Details
- Full-time remote role based in the Philippines
- Initial 6-month probationary period
- Performance review at 6 months
- Potential relocation to Australia subject to performance, business need, and visa eligibility
