  • Travel regularly to all existing and newly established branches to perform comprehensive checks of electrical systems, including wiring, power outlets, circuit breakers, lighting, backup power supplies, and electrical safety devices.
  • Identify electrical issues, hazards, or non-compliance with safety standards; document findings, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with maintenance or technical teams to resolve problems promptly.
  • Verify that all electrical installations and repairs follow company policies, local electrical codes, and safety regulations; prepare detailed inspection reports and submit to the management team.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on electrical equipment to avoid downtime, accidents, or operational disruptions.

2. New Branch Opening – Stay-In Assignment

  • Oversee all site activities including construction, installation of facilities, equipment setup, and utility connections—with strong focus on ensuring electrical systems are fully functional, safe, and ready for use before opening.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, site issues, resolutions, and project documentation.
  • Assist in developing and updating operational manuals, safety guidelines, and standard procedures for all branches.
  • Train branch staff on basic electrical safety, equipment usage, and emergency protocols as needed.

  • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments; implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or safety violations immediately and participate in investigations.
