Project Coordinator (Fmcg / Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Program Coordinator with experience in FMCG operations and greenfield project execution to support our large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide program and project management support, including tracking deliverables, updating documentation, and ensuring action items are completed.
• Coordinate external communications and logistics for community engagements, groundbreaking events, and stakeholder activities (Barangays, PEZA, etc.).
• Support compliance with stringent safety and operational standards within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Assist in the execution of greenfield projects, including new site setup, construction coordination, and external stakeholder management.
• Work closely with the Program Head to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG, manufacturing, industrial, or construction project coordination.
• Proven involvement in greenfield projects (new plant/warehouse/facility setup).
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with experience in program or project management support.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including LGUs, barangays, and government agencies (PEZA, etc.).
• Technically inclined and comfortable working in plant/project environments.
