Overview:



The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable business insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with stakeholders across multiple geographies to deliver business intelligence reporting, drive process improvements, maintain data governance standards, and support performance management initiatives. What You Will Do:



  • Mine and analyze data across multiple databases to support process optimization and operational improvements
  • Develop and maintain timely, accurate, and actionable reports that identify trends, opportunities, and business performance indicators
  • Support daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reviews using operational metrics and reporting tools
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data collection strategies, and innovative analytical solutions
  • Maintain data quality, governance standards, incident management processes, and business intelligence reporting activities


What You Need to Succeed:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5+ years of operations, reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence experience
  • Experience with stakeholder management, KPI reporting, process improvement, and data governance
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Siebel, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams
