Project Data Analyst (Antipolo | Onsite | Nightshift)

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical Project Data Analysts to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in data management, process coordination, and client communication. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate project records and ensuring smooth back-office operations for an international client.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project data in Procore, the project management database system.
• Communicate with program managers and support staff to understand project file requirements.
• Create and update documentation and process manuals to support ongoing training and operations.
• Conduct periodic data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Export and analyze project data using Microsoft Excel and/or Access for departmental reporting.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Back Office Support, Data Entry, or Account Management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, exposure to Macros)
• Strong familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients
• Willing to work onsite in OTC, Antipolo during the night shift

Good to Have

• Exposure to Procore or other project management systems
• Experience handling client interaction or relationship coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
