ROLE
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented project architect with experience in design and delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in apartment planning for high density living and high-end luxury multi-residential
- Exemplary client engagement skills Registered architect with 10+ years’ experience of multi-residential projects
- Ability to manage teams and large-scale projects and from initial briefing to completion
- Comprehensive understanding of contractual responsibilities including scope and deliverables
- Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
- Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills
