ROLE

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented project architect with experience in design and delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in apartment planning for high density living and high-end luxury multi-residential
  • Exemplary client engagement skills Registered architect with 10+ years’ experience of multi-residential projects
  • Ability to manage teams and large-scale projects and from initial briefing to completion
  • Comprehensive understanding of contractual responsibilities including scope and deliverables
  • Exemplary project planning: resource modelling, programming, and task allocation
  • Outstanding Revit skills with excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills
