Project Leader (Clickup)

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to join our team. This hybrid role requires flexibility for remote work and occasional on-site schedules, along with domestic travel across the Philippines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable presenting to C-level executives and other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage projects using ClickUp.
• Define project goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Configure and customize ClickUp to meet project needs.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and user guides for stakeholders.
• Address challenges with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Project Management and Agile frameworks.
• Proven expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and resource management.
• Excellent in documentation, report preparation, and analysis.
• Comfortable presenting to executives and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel and work on a hybrid schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
