Focus Global Inc. invites you to be part of its growing organization as a Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager shall oversee all construction and architectural requirements of the company's office building, high-end showrooms, and project businesses.
The job scope of the position shall cover the following:
Monitor progress of projects and ensure that company standards are being met
Review and negotiate suppliers' contracts
Plan and designate resources including review of construction budget and costs
Acquire required government permits and documentation
Serve as the liaison between the company and the contractors and suppliers
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering from a reputable university
Preferably with professional license, but not required
With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Project management
