Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding project teams through the entire project management lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project scope changes through structured scope management processes while maintaining clear communication with customers and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, utilizing tools like Company Cam and Acculynx
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure quality standards and cost controls are met.
• Monitor project performance using earned value management and other metrics; report on progress through presentations and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings effectively to align team efforts, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain momentum toward project milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising complex projects across diverse industries with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering collaborative work environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data analysis skills including data collection and vendor management practices.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
