Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from managing construction projects from planning to completion. The role includes ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsiblities:

• Plan,organize,and supervise daily projects operations
• Manage project schedules,manpower,materials and equipment
• Coordinate with clients, contractors,suppliers and site engineers
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Review plans,drawings, and projects specifications
• Resolve site issues and implement effective solution
• Control project costs and monitor budget utilization
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering,Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as Project Manager in construction industry
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination and coordination skills
• Knowledgeable in project planning, budgeting and site management
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an advantage

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
