Job Overview

Transparent BPO is seeking a Project Manager who will lead call center improvement projects by managing plans, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer experience. It also tracks performance metrics, mitigates risks, and implements process, technology, and best‑practice enhancements for continuous improvement.

He/she will lead end-to-end implementation of new BPO clients, program launches, structured expansions, and operational transitions — owning execution from planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5+ years Project Manager experience with documented end-to-end ownership
  • Direct experience in a Call Center / BPO environment
  • Must have personally led at least one BPO client launch or structured expansion, including:

- Hiring ramp alignment

- Training deployment coordination

- Go-live readiness validation

- Post-launch stabilization

  • Must have coordinated cross-functional teams (Operations, WFM, IT, HR, QA, Finance)
  • Must demonstrate accountability for timeline control, dependency management, and SLA stabilization
  • Must have led client-facing implementation meetings
  • Amenable to work onsite @ San Juan, Metro Manila.

Preferred

  • PMP certification or formal PM methodology background
  • Multi-site or multi-country implementation exposure
  • Experience with system implementations (ACD, WFM, payroll, CRM) within BPO environments
