Project Manager (Building & A&A Works)

• Up to S$6000 base

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of building and A&A projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate site works across multiple trades including civil, structural, architectural, and M&E
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve technical issues
• Lead site teams including supervisors and technicians to ensure works are executed accurately and on schedule
• Liaise with clients, consultants, managing agents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and delivery standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in building projects or A&A works, with exposure to facilities or maintenance environments
• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary building works (civil, architectural, M&E)
• Able to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple projects effectively

Additional Information

• Experience in facilities or building maintenance projects is an advantage
• Class 3 driving licence is good to have
