Summary

The Project Manager (Consultant) will lead, coordinate, and deliver a CAPEX project on-site in Limerick, providing support and driving optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for large-scale biopharma CAPEX projects.
• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning phases of biopharmaceutical facilities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Proactively promote Safety and Quality throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of each phase.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, technical consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.

Budget and Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members to support performance and development.

Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain company reputation by ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, policies, standards, and regulations.

Risk Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and communicate potential issues to stakeholders.

About you

8-10 years plus minimum experience

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €550.00-€600.00 per day
