Project Manager, Continuous Process Improvement

JOB DESCRIPTION: Using knowledge of and experience with: project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas; SAP modules EWM, ERP, and EAM; Signavio for process mapping; SAP Analytics for dashboard creation; project management processes, methodologies, tools, techniques, and adaptation; and MS Office applications; Ensure processes implemented comply with regulations: 21 CFR parts 11, 210, 211, 820, FDA GMP guidelines, and ISO 13485. Plan and successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions with the DMAIC approach to each project (e.g., manufacturing, quality, development, finance, human resources). Work closely with all team members to ensure that project requirements, deadlines and schedules are always on track. Define project scope, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as project risk management and project team leadership. Lead change management activities to drive a continuous improvement culture and champion methodologies to achieve a step change in the performance of the site. Focus on continuous improvement in areas of operational efficiency, quality, customer service and cost competitiveness. Responsible for engaging and empowering the site team members and leadership to foster a continuous improvement mindset.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelors degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering plus five (5) years of experience evidencing demonstrable ability to perform the stated job duties. Requires working off-hours depending on project status and priorities to collaborate with teams on-site and other Continuous Improvement members globally.
