Project Manager (Formen)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, implement best practices in project management methodologies, and contribute to the successful delivery of key projects aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using established project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and quality assurance measures.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives clearly.
  • Manage project teams by providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations, contract management, and performance monitoring to ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Confluence, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server, and ServiceNow for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress through data analysis skills and data collection techniques; prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Manage change control processes effectively within Agile or Waterfall environments to adapt project scope or timelines as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks early through risk management practices; develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to quality management, requirements management, ERP systems integration (such as SAP or Oracle), and other relevant systems like SAS or Salesforce.
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned into future projects; foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within teams.

Experience

  • Proven experience in IT project management, product development projects, or organizational change initiatives with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Waterfall; certification such as PMP or PgMP is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, supervising cross-functional teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and stakeholder communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Visio; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Workday is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis; ability to present complex information clearly through reports and presentations.
  • Experience working within various frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, or Waterfall environments is highly desirable. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$103,293.85 per year
