Project Manager - Government Project Exp
Requirements
  • Plan and own the development of the business cases, along with the budget for digital systems which align with Agency Outcome.
  • Create and manage an efficient roadmap to deliver the digital systems
  • Strategise how different types of initiatives should be managed and coordinated, and highlight the interdependencies between the projects
  • Establish standards for reporting on progress, improve processes to drive efficiency or scale growth
  • Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, especially around setting delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicating progress
  • Understand risks to delivery and manage them to lower the overall risks
  • Acquire and manage financing and resourcing of the programme to allow delivery to flow seamlessly
  • Define KPIs and corresponding measurements
  • Resolve interdependent projects’ higher scope issues / conflict resolution
  • Manage and execute the procurement and audit of IT systems in a timely manner
  • Ensure that projects are performed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality

Benefits
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Would be advantageous if you have managed 2 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology.

  • Excellent communicator in articulating plan at both the executive level and the working level and is an attentive listener to understand needs and issues, with strong presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong business acumen to understand priorities and the business drivers of the priorities
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
  • An adaptable and bold personality, with openness to pick new knowledge and take thoughtful risks.
  • Be motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer happiness.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology,
  • Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
