Responsibilities:

  • Review project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Centrally Managing end-to-end project life cycle and driving optimization of operating models by collaborating with Partner implementation and client.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Provide a central repository for all projects and project information.
  • Conducting governance calls to manage the processes for ongoing projects and ensuring project commitments are being met by Darwinbox’s implementation team as well as the Client’s implementation team.
  • Capture project health and monitor resource allocation and provide insights into processes and frameworks that work.
  • Ability to use Project management tools and track/review projects using these tools
  • Prepare status reports, highlight setbacks to the project timelines, proactively escalate potential red flags, and recommend mitigation solutions.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plan
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Conduct project closure reviews and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements:

  • BTech or equivalent degree6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in project management for SaaS (HCM) product implementations would be preferred.
  • PMP/Prince2 Certified and proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skill

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
