Your Challenge

As Project Manager, your mission will be to develop competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals for gas analysis and emissions monitoring systems, supporting customers in industrial and energy environments.

The role combines technical expertise in automation and emissions monitoring with the ability to structure value-based solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks and customer requirements.

Your main activities will be:

  • Manage the execution of projects related to gas analysis systems, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and associated integration solutions for industrial applications
  • Oversee system design and integration activities, including analyzers, sampling systems, automation hardware and software, and interface with DCS/PLC/SCADA environments
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical scope, schedule and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, service) and external suppliers to ensure timely and compliant project delivery
  • Define and monitor project schedules, milestones, costs and resources, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and business targets
  • Manage project risks, changes and critical issues, identifying mitigation actions and ensuring effective problem resolution
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations
  • Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site activities and commissioning phases in coordination with engineering and service teams
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of project execution processes and technical solutionsManage proposal timelines and priorities, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality offers
  • Continuously update knowledge on automation technologies, gas analysis solutions, regulatory evolution and market trends

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience managing projects in gas analysis systems, emissions monitoring (CEMS) and industrial automation
  • Solid understanding of PLC/DCS systems, field instrumentation, industrial networks and system integration
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, contracts and project requirements
  • Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring complex projects, including cost control, risk management and resource allocation
  • Proven ability to manage site activities, commissioning and customer interfaces effectively
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
